H-A-V-E-L

H-A-V-E-L is a bronze sculpture by David Černý, created in 2021 and installed on the building next to the Václav Havel Library in Prague. The female figure is composed of letters spelling out the name V-A-C-L-A-V H-A-V-E-L — the shape of the body simultaneously carries the name of the person it honours. The sculpture was originally created as a tribute to Karel Schwarzenberg, one of the library's founders.
