Lihovar

Revitalisation of the former Zlíchov Distillery, and its conversion into a residential complex. Among others, the project’s goal is to complement and enrich Smíchov’s urbanistic context with a compact block of buildings vertically dominated by a “residential chimney“. The design is directly related to the industrial architecture legacy which is an integral memory of the location. The project includes the reconstruction of the historical boiling house building into a cultural centre. The public space is connected to the future boulevard on Nádražní street, and the planned Dvorecký bridge.
